  • Active infection

GLP-1 Weight Management Therapy

Do not begin GLP-1 therapy if you have or have ever had:

  • Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)
  • Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2 (MEN-2)
  • History of pancreatitis/chronic pancreatitis
  • Severe gastrointestinal disease (gastroparesis, obstruction, etc.)
  • Severe kidney impairment (eGFR < 30 mL/min)
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Allergy or sensitivity to GLP-1 receptor agonists
